Cloud DSP will display notification for failed credit card billing

When payment attempt has been unsuccessful, Cloud DSP displays a notice informing users of the failed attempt. The notice appears at the top of the dashboard and reads as follows:

"Your payment failed. Make a payment toward your balance by {date} at {time}."

Users will have up to 5 days from the date of failed attempt to make a successful payment, after which they will see another notice that payment is overdue and that all campaigns are halted until payment is made.

The Cloud DSP team is always striving to provide the best service with regular feature updates and improvements.

Thank you,
