  3. AppsFlyer's partner configuration is composed of five steps: Attribution LinkCostAd Revenue, and Permissions. Stay on Integration tab to configure your postback forwarding to Moloco.

    Note

Both Advertisers and Agencies who are given the Allow to configure in-app event postbacks permisson can configure postbacks with Ad partners. An advertiser and an agency working with the same Ad partner can configure postback windows separately from each other.
      •  Default Postback
Click on the Sending option pull-down menu next to each event and click All media sources, including organic. Selecting this option enables you to forward Moloco all postback, including Moloco attributed, unattributed and organic. Note that unattributed postbacks don't include any of your media source information.

        •  In-app event postback
Scroll down and toggle on In-app event postbacks and choose your in-app events postback window with Moloco. By selecting options, you will define the period after an install, re-attribution, or re-engagement, during which in-app event postbacks will be sent to Moloco. We recommend you select Lifetime, which guarantees that the in-app event postbacks are always forwarded to Moloco for the model optimization on your campaigns.

          Tip

AppsFlyer provides examples and flows of the typical in-app events per business vertical. Note that Moloco's model optimizes based on the type, quantity and quality of your in-app events. To ensure the most effective machine learning, we recommend referring these events recommendation articles on AppsFlyer's support documentation.

Once selected the window, check on Add Manually option, which opens a pull-down menu of AppsFlyer SDK events. Note that event names are case sensitive and we recommend searching a relevant event name and selecting directly from the pull-down menu.

Once added all your in-app events manually, select Sending option by clicking on the pulldown menu. To ensure the model optimization, make sure to select
          All media sources, including organic.

Upon completion, choose the value of event data you want to forward in the postback by clicking on Send revenue pulldown menu. We recommend selecting Values & revenue which forwards all the event parameters, including the revenue value if exists in the event. This is also required if you plan to run ROAS campaigns or/and campaigns with Dynamic Product Ads.
