We would like to announce the following update to Moloco Ads. The following change is effective starting April 30, 2026 KST.
Changes to app store metadata management
To improve platform safety and prevent invalid app registrations, we have updated how app store metadata is managed in Moloco Ads. Advertisers can no longer manually create or edit app entries and app store metadata in Moloco Ads. App registration and metadata editing are now limited to Moloco staff. Only apps that already exist in supported app stores (e.g., iOS App Store and Google Play) and are synced into Moloco Ads will be available for selection during app registration. App store metadata synchronized from our app data provider is now hidden for advertisers. The following types of metadata can be edited through your Moloco representative.
- App store URL and bundle / package information
- Content rating
- IAB category
- Developer name
If you are unable to find your app in the app list, Moloco staff support will be required to help with app registration and metadata updates. To learn how to register and edit apps through your Moloco representative, see the app registration guide and the app update guide.
