In this section, you will learn how to edit and duplicate existing creative groups and creatives.
Edit creatives and creative groups
Bulk-edit creatives
Bulk-edit creatives from Creatives
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select an app from the left sidebar menu and click Creatives.
- Click the box under the first column to select the creative(s) you would like to edit. This takes you to the page where you can check and confirm which creative(s) to edit, and specify which item(s) to edit.
Important: At this time, you can bulk-edit videos, native images, and native videos only. The Bulk Edit button is displayed only when the Video, Native Image, or Native Video tab is selected.
- Clicking Selected Creatives shows you which creative(s) will be edited.
- Click the box next to the item(s) you would like to edit. You can edit the following items.
Creative Type Editable components Native Image App icon, Sponsored by, Headline/Title, Description, CTA text Native Video App icon, thumbnail image, Sponsored by, Headline/Title, Description, CTA text Video End card image only - For Save option, choose an option from the following.
Option Description Replace the creative to new one. Choosing this option deletes the existing creative(s) you have selected before creating a copy of each of the creative(s) with the desired update(s) applied. Updated creatives are assigned new Creative IDs. Create new creative and keep the original one. Choosing this option creates a copy of each of the creative(s) you have selected with the desired update(s) applied. Existing creatives are left unchanged. - Click Save to save changes.
Bulk-edit creatives from Creative Group Detail
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select an app from the left sidebar menu and click Creative Groups.
- Click a creative group from the list of creative groups to navigate to the Creative Group Detail page for the creative group.
- Under Creatives in this creative group, click the box under the first column to select the creative(s) you would like to edit. This takes you to the page where you can check and confirm which creative(s) to edit, and specify which item(s) to edit.
Important: At this time, you can bulk-edit videos, native images, and native videos only. The Bulk Edit button is displayed only when the Video, Native Image, or Native Video tab is selected.

Edit creative group settings
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select your app from the left sidebar menu and click Creative Group.

Click the icon under Action next to the creative group you would like to edit. If you would like to update title and/or description only, click the pencil icon that appears under Title and Description instead.
- You can edit the following settings in creative groups. Modify the items you want.
- Title
- Description
- Start/End schedule
- Day/time schedule
- Tracking link
- MMP Report group ID

Once all of the changes have been made, click Save.
Bulk-edit creative groups
This section will teach you how to edit existing creative groups in bulk. You can bulk edit the following items:
- Description
- Day/time schedule
- MMP Report group ID
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select your app on the left sidebar menu and click Creative Group.
- Use the checkbox in the first column to select all of the creative groups. You can select up to 10 creative groups at once.

Click Bulk Edit button.

Once the Bulk Editing page loads, modify the items you want.
Important: If you save changes without entering a new value for the selected items, all selected items will be saved without any value (as a blank state).
Note: Only lower case letters and "_" can be used and other special characters or spaces are not permitted for the MMP Report Group ID.

Once you've made all of the changes, click Save.
Add or remove creatives and creative groups
Remove creatives from creative groups
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select your app from the left sidebar menu and click Creatives.
- Click the box under the first column to select the creative(s) you would like to remove.
- Click More actions and then Remove from Creative Groups. This takes you to the page where you can specify which creative group(s) to remove the selected creatives from.
- Click the box next to the creative group(s) you would like to remove the selected creatives from.
- Click Confirm to confirm your selections and save changes.

- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select your app from the left sidebar menu and click Creative Group.
- Click the box under the first column to select the creative group(s) you would like to remove.
- Click More actions and then Remove from Ad Groups. This takes you to the page where you can specify which ad group(s) to remove the selected creative groups from.
- Click the box next to the ad group(s) you would like to remove the selected creative groups from.
- Click Confirm to confirm your selections and save changes.
Remove creative groups from Ad Group Home
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select your app from the left sidebar menu.
- Click the campaign and then the ad group you would like to remove creative groups from.
- From Ad Group Home, click More actions and then Remove from Ad Groups. This takes you to the page where you can specify which ad group(s) to remove the selected creative groups from.
- Click the box next to the ad group(s) you would like to remove the selected creative groups from.
- Click Confirm to confirm your selections and save changes.
Add creatives to a creative group
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select the app on the left sidebar menu and click Creative Group.
- Click on the title of the creative group that you want to add creatives to.
- Click Create to add new creatives and Import to load existing creatives uploaded.

- Once all creatives are set up, click Create.
Duplicate creative groups and creatives
Let's learn how to duplicate creative groups and creatives. You can copy creative groups and creatives and from one app to different apps under the same ad account.
Note: You can duplicate creative groups and creatives between the apps within the same ad account.
Duplicate creative groups
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select your app from the left sidebar menu and click Creative Group.
- Click the box under the first column to select the creative groups you would like to duplicate.
- Click More actions and then Duplicate. This takes you to the page where you can specify which ad account(s) to add the duplicated creative groups to.
- Choose one of the available options for duplicating creative groups and setting up tracking links.

Original Ad Account > Original App: Selecting this option lets you duplicate the creative groups under the same ad account and app where the original creative groups are hosted. When duplicating creative groups within the same app, you have the following options for setting up tracking links.
- Same tracking link as now set: The app tracking link will be used for the duplicated creative groups.
- Do not set a tracking link: No tracking link will be set up for the duplicated creative groups.
- Set tracking links for each creative group: You can set up different tracking links for each of the duplicated creative groups. You can either choose from the existing tracking links registered for the app or create new tracking links.

Original Ad Account > Existing App: Selecting this option lets you duplicate the creative groups under the same ad account from one app to another app of your choice. When duplicating creative groups from one app to another app, you have the following options for setting up tracking links.
- Do not set a tracking link: No tracking link will be set up for the duplicated creative groups.
- Set tracking links for each creative group: You can set up different tracking links for each of the duplicated creative groups. You can either choose from the existing tracking links registered for the app of your choice or create new tracking links.

Existing Ad Account > App: Selecting this option lets you add duplicated creative groups to another ad account and app in your workplace where you are at least an ad account member. You can filter ad accounts by ad account name or ad account ID. When duplicating creative groups from one ad account to another, you have the following options for setting up tracking links.
- Do not set a tracking link: No tracking link will be set up for the duplicated creative groups.
- Set tracking links for each creative group: You can set up different tracking links for each of the duplicated creative groups. You can either choose from the existing tracking links registered for the app or create new tracking links.

Original Ad Account > Original App: Selecting this option lets you duplicate the creative groups under the same ad account and app where the original creative groups are hosted. When duplicating creative groups within the same app, you have the following options for setting up tracking links.

Once you've configured all settings, click Confirm. Make sure that the app and the tracking link settings are as desired.
Note: The title of the duplicated creatives groups will be the same as the title of the original creative group title with COPY- added as a prefix. You can edit the duplicated creative group by clicking button on the creative group lists.
Duplicate creatives
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select your app from the left sidebar menu and click Creatives.
- Click the box under the first column to select the creatives you would like to duplicate.
- Click More Actions and then Duplicate. This takes you to the page where you can specify which ad account(s) to add the duplicated creatives to.
- Choose one of the available options.
- Current Ad Account: Selecting this option lets you add the duplicated creatives to the same ad account the creatives you have selected are under.

Other Ad Accounts in this Workplace: Selecting this option lets you add duplicated creatives to other ad accounts in your workplace where you are at least an ad account member. You can filter ad accounts by ad account name, app title, and/or OS type.
- Click Duplicate to save changes. The duplicated creatives show up under the ad account(s) you have selected.
Important: The duplicated creatives have identical names as their original counterparts but have different Creative IDs.
Frequently asked questions
How often do we need to update and upload new creatives?
Try adding new creatives if your campaign's CTR decreases. Newly added creatives might cause a temporary spike in CPI or CPA. It takes our models time to optimize for new creatives.
How can I directly check how my ads are exposed in real inventories?
Make sure that your test device is in the target audience.
If the campaign type is app installs, ads won't be shown on devices that have already installed the app. If the campaign type is re-engagement, ads will be shown only on devices that have installed the app. Therefore, make sure to include the test device's ADID in the target audience and choose to install or delete the app.
It might be challenging to check your ads at the desired time and inventory, even if all of the target conditions are met. To check granular impression-level data, download the Inventory Impression History by Inventory on Moloco Ads. (It also includes the bid-level details for all impressions.) Just go to Analytics, then click Inventory Analysis.
