Edit creative groups & creatives
Edit creative group settings
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select your app from the left sidebar menu and click Creative Group.

Click the icon under Action next to the creative group you would like to edit. If you would like to update title and/or description only, click the pencil icon that appears under Title and Description instead.
- You can edit the following settings in creative groups. Modify the items you want.
- Title
- Description
- Start/End schedule
- Day/time schedule
- Tracking link
- MMP Report group ID

Once all of the changes have been made, click Save.
Bulk edit creative groups
This section will teach you how to edit existing creative groups in bulk. You can bulk edit he following items:
- Description
- Day/time schedule
- MMP Report group ID
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select your app on the left sidebar menu and click Creative Group.
- Use the checkbox in the first column to select all of the creative groups. You can select up to 10 creative groups at once.

Click Bulk Edit button.

Once the Bulk Editing page loads, modify the items you want.
Important: If you save changes without entering a new value for the selected items, all selected items will be saved without any value (as a blank state).
Note: Only lower case letters and "_" can be used and other special characters or spaces are not permitted for the MMP Report Group ID.

Once you've made all of the changes, click Save.
Remove creatives from a creative group
Let's learn how to remove creatives from a creative group.
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select the app on the left sidebar menu and click Creatives Group.
- Click on the title of the creative group that you want to delete creatives from.

Click the tab to which the creative you want to remove belongs.

Click button on the right side of the creative you want to remove.
- Click YES, when asked "Do you really want to remove this Creative from this Creative Group?"
Add creatives to a creative group
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select the app on the left sidebar menu and click Creatives Group.
- Click on the title of the creative group that you want to add creatives to.
- Click Create to add new creatives and Import to load existing creatives uploaded.

- Once all creatives are set up, click Create.
Duplicate creative groups and creatives
Let's learn how to duplicate creative groups and creatives. You can copy creative groups and creatives and from one app to different apps under the same ad account.
Note: You can duplicate creative groups and creatives between the apps within the same ad account.
Duplicate creative groups
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select your app from the left sidebar menu and click Creative Group.
- Select Creative Groups you want to duplicate. You can select and duplicate up to 10 creative groups at one time.
- Click More actions and then Duplicate.
- Select the app where you want to copy the creative groups and set up a tracking link.
- Original App: By selecting this option, you'll duplicate the creative groups under the same app where the original creative groups located. When duplicating creatives groups within the same app, you'll have the following options for tracking link.
- Same tracking link as now set: The same tracking link will be set up for the duplicated creative groups.
- Do not set a tracking link: A tracking link won't be set up for the duplicated creative groups.
- Set a tracking links for each creative group: One of the tracking link registered for the app can be selected for the duplicated creative groups.
- Existing App: By selecting this option, you'll duplicate the creative groups from one app to another app selected. When duplicating creatives groups from one app to another app, you'll have the following options for tracking link.
- Do not set a tracking link: A tracking link won't be set up for the duplicated creative groups.
- Set a tracking links for each creative group: One of the tracking link registered for the app can be selected for the duplicated creative groups.
- Original App: By selecting this option, you'll duplicate the creative groups under the same app where the original creative groups located. When duplicating creatives groups within the same app, you'll have the following options for tracking link.

Once you've configured all settings, click Confirm. Make sure that the app and the tracking link settings are correct.
Note: The title of the duplicated creatives groups will be the same as the title of the original creative group title with COPY- added as a prefix. You can edit the duplicated creative group by clicking button on the creative group lists.
Duplicate creatives
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu.
- Select your app from the left sidebar menu and click Creatives.
- Use the checkbox in the first column to select all of the creatives to copy.
- Click More actions and then Duplicate.
- Select the app you want to duplicate the creatives.
- Original App: By selecting this option, you'll duplicate the creatives under the same app where the original creatives located.
- Existing App: By selecting this option, you will duplicate the creatives from one app to another app selected.
Tip: The title of the duplicated creatives will be the same as the title of the original creative. However, a new creative id will be created.
Frequently asked questions
How often do we need to update and upload new creatives?
Try adding new creatives if your campaign's CTR decreases. Newly added creatives might cause a temporary spike in CPI or CPA. It takes our models time to optimize for new creatives.
How can I directly check how my ads are exposed in real inventories?
Make sure that your test device is in the target audience.
If the campaign type is app installs, ads won't be shown on devices that have already installed the app. If the campaign type is re-engagement, ads will be shown only on devices that have installed the app. Therefore, make sure to include the test device's ADID in the target audience and choose to install or delete the app.
It might be challenging to check your ads at the desired time and inventory, even if all of the target conditions are met. To check granular impression-level data, download the Inventory Impression History by Inventory on Moloco Ads. (It also includes the bid-level details for all impressions.) Just go to Analytics, then click Inventory Analysis.
