We would like to announce the following updates to Moloco Ads. The following changes are effective starting February 6, 2025 KST.

Increased video length and size

You can now upload videos that are up to 120 secs in length. Uploaded videos are now auto-transcoded to be below 13MB. To learn about our guidelines for video creatives, see the video creative guide. 

Planned maintenance scheduled for 10am February 16 KST

Moloco Ads will be unavailable for a 1 hour period between 10am and 11am February 16 KST due to scheduled maintenance updates to the system. During this period, you won't be able to sign in to your account. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
