How to enable two-factor authentication (2FA)

To safeguard user data, we require all users to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) upon signing up for an account with us. Follow the steps outlined in this guide to enable 2FA. 

After signing up for an account, you must have received a confirmation email from Moloco with a link to set up 2FA. Click the link in the email, which takes you to the page where you can set up 2FA. Follow the instructions to set up and enable 2FA. After 2FA has been enabled, you will be asked to enter a verification code every time you sign in to Moloco Ads.

If you would like to use a different authenticator app, go to User settings > Two-factor authentication setting and click Change authenticator
