How to set up postbacks with Adjust (Adjust Suite)

  • Updated

Important

The steps outlined in this guide are only applicable to Adjust Suite. If you are using Adjust Classic, see this guide instead.

To successfully track your campaign performance, you must integrate postbacks with Adjust. This guide walks you though how to set up postbacks on Adjust Suite.

Step 1: Sign in to Adjust and add Moloco.

Sign in to Adjust. From the startup page, click + New ad network under Campaign Lab. Type "Moloco" into the search bar and click Moloco when it shows up as an option. Click Next to move on to the next step.

Step 2: Select an app.

From the list of available options, select the app you would like to set up postbacks for. Click Next to move on to the next step.

Step 3: Enable data sharing for Moloco.

Toggle on Enable and be sure to select Data from all attribution sources to take full advantage of Moloco's machine learning. You must check the box next to Sessions and In-app revenue (from in-app purchases) and we recommend checking the box next to all available options except Parameters to share as much data with us as is possible.

In most cases, there is no need to map any parameters. However, you must map the events to track to measure your campaign performance under Map your events. For example, to track in-app purchases, you must click + Map event and add Make payment to Adjust event, and add Purchase to Network event. With In-app revenue (from in-app purchases) enabled, this lets you track in-app purchases along with their associated revenue amount.

Click Next to move on and create tracking links.

You must create tracking links to track your campaign performance.
