In this section, you'll learn how to create and set up creative groups with Dynamic Product Ads (DPA). Refer to the following article to set up a creative group for static creatives such as images, native ads, and videos.
Prerequisites
- Contact your Moloco representative to enable Moloco's DPA feature.
- Full postback and your product feed must be integrated. Read the following articles for more detailed guidance.
Set up a creative group for DPA
- Select your ad account from the drop-down menu on the left.
- Select your app on the left sidebar menu.
- Click Creative Groups under the app you want to add DPA for.
- Click Create
- Check the Dynamic Product Creative Group on the creative group creation page. We permit you to create Dynamic Product Ads at an app level upon request. Therefore, If the option is unavailable, contact your Moloco representative.
- Fill out the template information; the business title, a call-to-action text, color code, icon, and brand logo.
Title Description Business Title The business title is used for the native image format of DPA. It is recommended to use the app title. (Maximum of 25 characters) Call to Action Text (CTA) The call to action text will be shown as the button the user clicks to engage with the ad. (Maximum of 8 characters)
Color Code Input the HEX color code. This will be used as the highlight color and the color of the CTA button within the dynamic product creative template.
Tip: Don't use bright colors since we'll use white for CTA text.Icon Upload the icon to be used in DPA creative. The app icon is registered by default.
- Format: PNG(recommended), JPEG, JPG
- Dimension: 256x256 or larger, 1:1 ratio
- Max Size: 500KB
Brand Logo Upload the logo to be used in dynamic product creative.
- Format: PNG(recommended), JPEG, JPG
- Dimension: Horizontal (Minimum 256px for width and height)
- Max Size: 500KB
- Click Create.
- Once the creative group is created, make sure the creative type is displayed as Dynamic Product Creative.
- It will take 6 business days after we receive all information to integrate with your feed, postback, and add creatives under the Dynamic Product Creative Group. Make sure you've shared all the required information for the integration.
- Once creatives are added under Dynamic Product Creative Group, add the creative group to the appropriate campaign.
- You can check whether the creative group has been added to active campaigns in Creative Group Detail.
- You may schedule the creative group if needed.
