We would like to announce the following updates to the Cloud DSP. Updates are effective starting April 6, 2023.

New security policies are implemented

Moloco is committed to safeguarding data you have shared with us. Therefore, we are implementing the following security measures to ensure your information stays safe.

Password

Your password is valid for 12 months from its date of creation. After your password has expired, you are required to reset your password. Your new password must be at least 12 characters long and include a number, an uppercase alphabet letter, a lowercase alphabet letter, and a special character. The new password can’t be identical to the password you were using before. 

Sign in 

After five consecutive failed sign-in attempts, you won’t be able to sign in for the next 15 minutes.

Session token

Session tokens expire after 30 days from their date of issuance. After that, you will need to sign in to get a new session token.

Page redirects on Cloud DSP have been updated

In an effort to optimize your navigating experience, we have made changes to the page redirection flow to better align with your expectations. For most entity creation or edit jobs, clicking the Save button now takes you to the details page for the entity rather than the list of entities or the main overview to let you review the changes. Clicking the Back button during the process takes you back to the list of entities where you clicked the Create button or the entity to update.
